This is a 2-day course covering a broad range of techniques and strategies for your leaders to bring out the best in your people:

Day 1 Learning Objectives:

• Understand the terms fixed and growth mindset.
• Learn how to change your own mindset and those of your team members.
• Understand how your self-view and your view of others can impact on productivity.
• Consider the role of gratitude in boosting engagement and practice techniques.
• What does optimism and pessimism REALLY mean, and how this effects your team.

Day 2 Learning Objectives:

• Learned helplessness and how this affects you, your team, and your business.
• Learn how to control and find solutions to learned helplessness.
• Explore what expectations you have of yourself and of your team.
• Explore being open to the possibility of a ‘third door’ option.
• Understand how to implement these changes to increase productivity within your team.

This is a practical, hands-on training and coaching session, based on the principles of positive psychology. Attendees will leave with a whole kit-bag of actionable tips and techniques all aimed at boosting employee engagement and helping you bring about greater success. 

The fee covers the full two-day course for up to 10 people.

NOTE: Although this is a designed as a group session, some clients to prefer us to run it as a one-to-one programme for a particular leader. This can be facilitated.
