If you’re a senior leader who would like help aligning strategic vision and customer experience – this course is for you. For us, this is all part of leading at a higher level. Too many organisations have mission statements which bear no resemblance to their customer experience. We’ve seen it many times, and we’ve helped many organisations address it.
In this one-day training and coaching programme, we address the following learning outcomes:

The fee covers the entire day for up to 10 delegates.
NOTE: Although this course is predominantly designed for entire leadership teams, we do have some clients who prefer us to run the session as a one-to-one. We can facilitate this, allowing you to focus entirely on aligning your strategic vision and customer experience.
